Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator

Hours:

7a to 3:30p with rotating weekend, call and holiday schedules

What you will do:
  • Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in his/her designated surgical specialties.
  • Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources and staffing.
  • Secures/Procures and maintains supplies, equipment and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care
  • Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicate to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas.
What you will need:

Education:

BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program. Degree must be acquired within 24 mths, from an accredited nursing program, of hire.

Certification/License: IL RN License CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association

Experience:

Experience in OR setting Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication. Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty. Competencies are unit/specialty specific.
