Outpatient Registered Dietitian

Founded in 2009 and led by registered dietitians, we are a Chicago-based nutrition practice known for our expertise in eating disorder and disordered eating recovery, along with nutrition-related disease prevention and management. Our clinicians provide individualized, trauma-informed care that helps clients build a healthy, satisfying relationship with food and their bodies. Fully remote and hybrid (Chicago area) positions are available!

You focus on clients. We handle the logistics. Scheduling, billing, reminders, and care coordination are all managed by our administrative team, so your energy goes where it matters most – working with the clients who need your expertise.

You choose your direction. Want to deepen your eating disorder expertise? Build a specialty in blood sugar management, digestive health, autoimmune conditions, food allergies and sensitivities, women's health, or functional nutrition? You have a real say in the clinical areas you focus on.

You are never on your own. Case consultation, clinical supervision, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team mean you always have support for complex cases.

You keep growing. Monthly trainings on a wide range of topics, with continuing education credits provided, plus clear opportunities for clinical and career advancement.

You get a strong start. Our structured onboarding and training program, along with hands‑on support building your caseload, sets you up for success from day one.

• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy in an outpatient setting
• Tailor interventions for eating disorders, disordered eating, and medical conditions
• Support lasting behavior change through individualized counseling
• Educate clients and families on practical, real-life nutrition strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate client care
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards

• Believe every client deserves care that respects their body size, gender identity, culture, and background
• Practice from a non-stigmatizing, health-focused framework and value sustainable, client-centered approaches
• Use motivational interviewing and enjoy walking alongside clients through behavior change
• Want to apply current evidence-based guidelines in a truly individualized way
• Enjoy collaborating with other clinicians and communicating clearly

• Experience providing medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases
• Strong counseling, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Prior outpatient or behavioral health experience preferred, especially in eating disorder treatment or functional nutrition counseling
