Regional Reimbursement Director, Neuroscience, North

Field-based Regional Reimbursement Director responsible for managing payer access and reimbursement strategies for Ipsen's neurology portfolio within the North Central region. Objectives: optimize patient access by understanding and translating payer policies, fostering stakeholder relationships, and supporting market expansion.

• develop reimbursement strategies
• build relationships with MACs, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups
• provide reimbursement support at professional events
• monitor market access trends, and advise internal teams on access barriers and opportunities
• Lead regional launch preparedness for new neurology therapies, ensuring payer coverage and coding considerations are addressed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and mitigate access challenges, inform sales and brand strategies, and support strategic initiatives to grow product utilization

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech or consulting, with 5+ years in reimbursement of injectable/infused drugs or medical devices
• expert knowledge of coverage, coding, and payment policies
• bachelor's degree required
• advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, MS) or coding certification preferred
• Experience with Medicare Part D, physician-administered drugs, and working across payer/provider landscapes highly advantageous

• excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
• ability to work independently, manage a large geographic territory, and travel up to 60%

primarily field-based with travel; residing near a major airport within the region required.
