As the Vice President of Hospitality Strategy, you will lead the strategic development of hospitality services, crafting forward-thinking operational goals and inspiring excellence at every level. You will create systems that redefine guest engagement, build alignment across teams, and elevate the standard for excellence in hospitality delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field;
  Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality leadership with strategic oversight
• Deep understanding of hospitality innovation, operations, and guest experience strategy
• Proficient in business planning, data analysis, and organizational development
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities

• Define and execute long-term hospitality strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives that enhance service models and guest experience
• Oversee the implementation of innovative programs that drive revenue and satisfaction
• Partner with executive leadership to influence company-wide initiatives
• Analyze industry trends and internal data to guide continuous improvement
• Establish best practices and standards for hospitality operations across all departments
