The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operational tasks and supervising staff at the hotel, reporting to the General Manager or designated Hotel Leadership. This role ensures guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations by supporting back-of-house departments such as Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, and Banquets as applicable. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field;
  High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Effective communication skills and ability to evaluate and act quickly.
• Ability to work under stress, handle guest disputes, show initiative, and maintain composure.
• Ability to analyze complex information, listen effectively, and handle financial data and basic arithmetic.

• Provide friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and staff.
• Maintain attendance and appearance standards, including proper uniform and grooming.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication across departments.
• Monitor VIP and special guest requests, and be familiar with all hotel systems and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, inventories, and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and maintaining productivity standards.
• Participate in emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Handle sensitive areas and information with integrity and discretion.

Additional duties include driving safely for business, representing the company responsibly, and participating in trainings and meetings as required.
