• Ensure the smooth operation of the Stewarding Department, maintaining established standards for a clean and organized heart of house area
• Work with Culinary and Food & Beverage Department Heads to build a culture thatis drivenby pride, care, ownership, and passion for impeccable presentation andmaintenanceof equipment
• Work closely with Banquets toensurethat all function equipment needs are on hand and in good working condition
• Lead a preventative maintenance program by identifying andreducinghigh breakage/loss items through colleague awareness and ownership
• Maximize on cost control opportunities through optimal scheduling and maintenance of equipment
• Motivate, lead, coach, andmonitorthe performance of stewarding team members
• Ensure the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit
• Actively promote a safe and hazard-free work environment which included ensuring proper food handling procedures, cleaning and storage of food containers, use of cleaning chemicals and PPE, and the timelymaintenanceofdishwashingequipment in all kitchens

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous
  
  Stewarding leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build andmaintaingood relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Highly motivated and guest-driven with the ability to solve problems and to make timely guest service decisions
• Computer literate in Microsoft and Windows applications
• Proactive with a demonstrated eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple functions/projects while meeting deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Hazardous
  
  Communication, Sanitation, and Food Safety regulations and guidelines

Salary expectations: Subject to experience, salary range $85,000-$95,000

Visa Requirements: Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
