Responsibilities- Leads and manages hotel operations
- Reviews and approves hotel operations and food and beverage department budgets, defining and directing changes as required
- Reviews forecasts and key performance indicators; directs hotel actions to maximize profitability, increase service levels, and improve team member satisfaction
- Ensures hotel implementation and compliance with daily quality processes of Hilton Hotels Corporation policies, procedures, and Brand Standards
- Oversees the sales and marketing activity and results; leads and/or participates in strategy meetings and secure business as needed
- Leads executive committee/department heads to ensure overall profit, service, and team member satisfaction goals are met or exceeded
- Speaks with and responds to guests regarding service challenges
- Consults with hotel owners as appropriate
- Oversees hotel’s interaction with the business community
- Hires, supervises, coaches, disciplines, and conducts performance evaluations for department heads and key personnel
- Develops the skills and abilities of direct reports and monitors high‑potential department heads and team member activity to ensure growth within the company
- 4+ years of experience working as a full‑service hotel executive committee member
- 5+ years of hotel operations experience
- Hands‑on experience with union partnerships
- Experience working in a hotel of 501 rooms or greater
- Convention hotel and group business experience
- Prior general manager experience or hotel manager
- 4‑year college degree in hospitality or an advanced degree

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $195,000 and $210,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual bonus and Long‑Term Incentive subject to Hilton's applicable bonus and incentive plan guidelines.
