As Group Sales Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in driving group revenue through thoughtful strategy, meaningful client relationships, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will represent the Park Hyatt Chicago brand with integrity, confidence, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality‑delivering curated experiences that reflect the refined elegance our guests expect. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment and is inspired by building long‑term partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and group organizers.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed group revenue goals.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and industry events.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, Events & Marketing and the Director of Revenue Management to develop impactful pricing strategies and customized packages.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight Park Hyatt Chicago's distinct offerings, luxury accommodations, and bespoke service.
- Partner with hotel departments to ensure the flawless planning and execution of group events, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with our brand standards.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to position Park Hyatt Chicago as the premier choice for luxury group experiences.
The base salary for this position ranges from $60,100 to $73,600
. This range reflects the competitive compensation expected at Park Hyatt Chicago
. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
