Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom and replenishes bar throughout shift;
Retrieves food items and beverage items from kitchen/storerooms and delivers to bar area;
Sets up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf; ensures beer taps are working;
Maintains cleanliness of bar area including washing surfaces and mopping floors;
Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender
