THE ROLE:

As a Cook 2 at No

MI, you will be entrusted with upholding the precision, artistry, and discipline that define our culinary identity. In this role, you will lead your station with confidence and autonomy, executing refined techniques and maintaining impeccable mise en place that reflects the standards of a world‑class kitchen. You will craft dishes with intention, honoring seasonality, ingredient integrity, and the culinary vision set forth by our Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef.

Your work will require a deep understanding of flavor development, temperature control, and elevated plating, ensuring that every dish leaving your station embodies the elegance and consistency expected in a Forbes‑rated dining experience. As a key member of the brigade, you will collaborate seamlessly with fellow culinarians, contributing to a culture grounded in respect, discipline, and continuous refinement. You will also play an important mentorship role, guiding junior team members and helping elevate the collective performance of the kitchen.

WAGE INFORMATION:

The hourly rate for this position is $28.05, reflective of the competitive compensation offered at Park Hyatt Chicago. This position is also eligible for overtime and premium pay under applicable circumstances.
