, you’re not just assisting guests with transporting and storing luggage – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
