The In The Know Host plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by coordinating VIP amenities, maintaining updated informational materials, and supporting daily guest needs with personalized service. The host provides guests with clear directions, transportation, and shares local attractions and hotel offerings. This role involves ensuring smooth communication with the Concierge team by collaborating closely with Bell staff, Concierge services, Front Office, and Security.

This role supports peak season demand and is intended as a short‑term seasonal opportunity.

Hourly rate $23.25. Eligible for overtime.
