Vice President of Events & Catering
Opportunity - Achieve autonomy while building your own catering department.
Our established restaurant group with six operations and growing is looking for a professional to set up, organize, and lead this facet of the company's revenue stream.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage the catering department.
- Plan, organize, and lead all event operations.
- Drive event sales growth and profitability.
- Manage and mentor staff, promoting from within.
- Experience in restaurant or venue event management.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Track record of increasing event sales.
- Team leadership with mentorship and staff promotion history.
Compensation includes a base salary and bonus that can bring the total package up to $200,000 plus an equity percentage in the parent company.
