Night Audit Representative

The Night Audit Representative is responsible for providing superior guest service in a fast‑paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through accurate financial processing and end‑of‑day audit functions.

• Ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of all property receipts.
• Following cash handling procedures as outlined by the accounting department.
• Collecting payment at checkout and providing change for guests as needed.
• Performing all end‑of‑day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings to the computer system, maintaining database integrity daily, and auditing master bills.
• Preparing all computer systems for the following day.
• Ensuring accurate and timely backup of files/tapes are maintained daily.
• Preparing, balancing, posting, and distributing all necessary reports on a daily basis.
• Interacting with all personnel in a professional manner and assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Creating 100% guest satisfaction by delivering the Radisson experience, demonstrating genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
• Giving personal attention, taking personal responsibility, and using teamwork when providing guest service.
• Listening, apologizing with empathy, finding a solution, and following through when resolving guest problems.
• Providing a “Yes I Can!” attitude with genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.
• Performing other duties required to provide service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.

• Minimum of one year of hotel front desk experience, or experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in Opera system preferred.
• Proficient in math with ability to make accurate calculations.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to use a 10‑key calculator.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Works well independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.
• Adherence to the policies and procedures of the hotel.
• Must be available to work overnight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Working knowledge of computer and math skills.

• Ability to stand, stoop, or bend for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
