We are looking for a highly motivated Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, manage luggage, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions. The position includes assisting with parking, check‑in orientation, and maintaining a clean lobby area.

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, engaging first impression.
• Assist with unloading luggage and escorting guests to their room.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local area, and concierge services.
• Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle.
• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested, and coordinate with valet services.
• Explain hotel amenities and fun facts while escorting guests to their rooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance area with the lobby attendant.
• Support other attendants to ensure each guest receives a personalized experience.
• Stand for the duration of the shift, working full shifts and traveling between the valet lot and hotel areas.

• Minimum one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Friendly and helpful personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

$26.93 per hour (competitive and based on experience and qualifications).
