• Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk‑ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the F&B Manager on duty)
• Meet and greet guests and coordinate with F&B Team regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Serve group functions per individual client specifications
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Follow all Hotel Service Standards
• Any other job tasks that may be assigned

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
• Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional lifting and carrying over 50 lbs
• Frequent pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs
• Frequent handling and reaching outward
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

• 1 year restaurant experience preferred; serving experience an asset
• Creative and passionate about customer service
• Able to work in a high‑pressure environment
• Must be able to work any shift assigned, such as holidays, weekends, mornings, and potentially afternoons and evenings if needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work in Food and Beverage

• Position Hourly Rate: $17.07, tipped position.
