As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, you will support the daily operations of Arc Bar, Third Star, The Market, and Sixes & Eights, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. This hands-on leadership role requires a visible presence on the floor, where you will lead and develop colleagues, maintain service and brand standards, and foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.

Working closely with culinary, hotel operations, and Food & Beverage leadership teams, you will help drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and outlet success across multiple dining concepts.

Responsibilities:

* Support the daily operation of Arc Bar, Third Star, The Market, and Sixes & Eights, ensuring exceptional service and operational consistency.

* Lead, coach, and develop colleagues through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.

* Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging with guests and resolving service opportunities as they arise.

* Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.

* Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory controls, and cost-management initiatives.

* Partner with culinary and hotel leadership teams to execute service standards and operational priorities.

* Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue.

* Support hiring, onboarding, and colleague recognition efforts while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

SALARY

Salary range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
