About our property:
The 221‑room hotel in Bend, Oregon has been re‑imagined to offer guests modern sophistication and world‑class amenities. It is located on the banks of the river, surrounded by natural beauty and wilderness.
- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
- Maintain the house bank and generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
- Follow night audit procedures with great attention to detail, posting charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging guests and showing a sincere interest in their experience.
- Resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs.
- Assist other departments and interact with staff in a professional manner.
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
- Must be able to work overnight hours and other shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
- A strong desire to make an impact on others.
