The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an experienced Director of Agile Practices & Transformation to join the Capability Building Hub (CBH), Hyatt’s agile transformation team. The CBH is dedicated to improving how our business operates by developing and upskilling colleagues with capabilities that empower Hyatt to adapt with speed in an ever-changing hospitality environment. In this role, you will be collaborating with a broad array of stakeholders, including Hyatt’s senior leadership team, property leaders, and corporate colleagues to help us accelerate and sustain the adoption of our agile operating model, known as Hyatt Ways of Working.
