Housekeeping Supervisor

Kimpton Hotels -  - Responsibilities:
Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and physical condition of guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas;
Act as communicator and liaison between guests and cleaners;
Prepare inspection reports with status of all guest rooms at the beginning of the shift;
Inspect all guest check-out rooms for cleanliness and appropriate amenities;
Report substandard conditions or damage to the Housekeeping department;
Evaluate room cleaners' performance and retrain as needed;
Notify Front Desk of vacant/clean rooms and status discrepancies;
Assist guests with special requests and Lost & Found items;
Manage daily work schedules for room cleaners;
File and maintain daily reports
