Early Career Program Internship

Are you currently enrolled in a Hospitality program or a recent graduate? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience as a Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will interact with guests from around the world while collaborating with hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences for both internal and external customers.

Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic commitments.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
  • The ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize the hotel's property management system.
  • Open availability during non‑school periods, including weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or GED required.
  • Current enrollment in a Hospitality program or recent graduation preferred.
  • Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
