In this role, you will be responsible for selling local catering and social events for groups of up to 100 guests, while also managing the sales and execution of events booked within 60 days of arrival.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Grow catering market segments:
** Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business

** Cultivate client relationships:
** Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business

** Create exceptional experiences:
** Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience

** Oversee event coordination:
** Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience

** Guide team performance:
** Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
