IHG Hotels - 505 North Michigan Avenue - Responsibilities:
Reports to work on time - properly attired and groomed.;
Performs set up using clean linen, silverware and glassware appropriate to the menu being served and in accordance with hotel standards.;
Performs service correctly, adhering to the service rules of the hotel in accordance with instructions given by the Banquet Manager and Captains.;
Performs clean up in a professional manner.;
Reports all incidents, accidents or unusual customer requests to the Captain or Banquet Manager in order to provide an immediate response to such requests.
