Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and assist with their needs;
Register and assign guests to hotel rooms;
Make and confirm reservations and handle payments;
Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system and respond to guest requests;
Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor when necessary;
Prepare and balance accounts and conduct audits as needed;
Assist in the breakfast area or assist guests with luggage during peak periods;
Ensure guest satisfaction and follow sustainability guidelines under Earth View program
