As our Room Attendant, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing team environment. Provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to the policies and procedures and an exceptional quality housekeeping service to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming)
• Make rollaway beds and cribs when occupied or vacant
• Restock towels, toiletries, and room supplies
• Clean coffee maker and replenish coffee supplies
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management
• Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Practice chemical safety rules and follow procedures for hazardous materials
• Keep floor supply closets neat and secure
• Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures
• Clean‑up to 16 rooms per 8‑hour shift

• Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment
