Building Supervisor - Wrigley Rooftops

Job Summary

Levy Sector – Building Supervisor Department:
Wrigley Rooftops Pay Range: $24.00/hr The Building Supervisor monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top-quality products and service at the Wrigley Rooftops. This station is located across the street from Wrigley Field and offers an all-inclusive food buffet and bar service to up to 225 guests during Chicago Cubs home games and special events. This is a seasonal, non‑tipped position requiring a strict focus on safety, sanitation, and guest experience.

• Properly open and close a rooftop venue.
• Supervise up to ten staff members daily.
• Assist guests and hosts to ensure a memorable experience.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Enforce Wrigley Rooftops rules and regulations.
• Ensure daily adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Climb up and down up to seven flights of stairs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Engage guests in a personable and friendly manner.
• Stay organized.
• Be available for all Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with events and/or catering preferred.
• Valid City of Chicago Food Service Manager Certification.
• Valid Serv Safe Alcohol and Food Handlers Certifications.
• Clean and presentable appearance.
