Our Open Opportunity The Cook 1 is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to preparing specialized innovative cuisine per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position.

The ideal candidate works together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product; and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors is required . Responsibilities include creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best and advance.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills Serve Safe  Certification.

Proficient knife skills.

Serve Safe allergen training.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Highly developed sense of taste and comprehensive sauce preparation skills.

High school graduate and an apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education is prefered.
