Salary Range: $26.00 - $26.00 Hourly

The Hampton Inn and Suites is looking for a room attendant to add to our strong housekeeping team! We are looking for those who are willing to develop our team culture, utilizing their skills to create an environment dedicated to thoughtful and attentive service with a focus customer experience.

• Celebrate our culture of individualism, engagement, having fun and evolving the Hampton Inn and Suites experience for every guest every time.
• Represent the hotel in a positive manner at all times.
• Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and clean the bathroom.
• Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.
• Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Monitor and handle guest complaints following guest services training procedures and ensure guest satisfaction, immediately reporting any complaints to the supervisor.
• Assume all responsibilities as delegated by the manager and do any or all other duties that may be required to fulfill customer needs and requests.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Exemplify the hotel's Standard Code of Conduct and all other regulations established by management and Employee Handbook.
• Knowledge of the process for providing customer and personal service.
• Provide service to others and work with co-workers in a friendly non-competitive environment. Corresponding needs are Co-workers, Moral Values and Social Service.
