We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead and support our PM housekeeping operation. This role is primarily responsible for managing the evening housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, and providing hands-on leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You have a service-focused personality with proven leadership experience and a passion for building strong working relationships across all levels. You lead by example, inspiring your team to consistently deliver their best while fostering a positive service culture. With strong problem-solving skills, you respond quickly to guest concerns, ensuring every interaction creates memorable moments. Your commitment to excellence helps support Housekeeping Management in maintaining luxury and brand standards, delivering warm, engaging service that elevates the overall guest experience.

Salary:
Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $60,000 - $65,000
