Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours — assisting guests with front desk functions including check-in/check-out;
Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at the close of each business day and perform nightly audit;
Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for hotel management review;
Read, analyze, interpret, and explain standard hotel reports and folios to ensure accurate records;
Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information and hotel data during overnight shifts
