Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours and handle front desk duties;
Balance hotel and restaurant transactions at close and complete nightly audit;
Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries;
Read and explain standard hotel reports and folios to management;
Protect confidentiality of guest information and respond to guest concerns during overnight shifts
