Loews Chicago Hotel is seeking an Overnight Front Office Agent to deliver warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, assign rooms per preferences, and handle payments with accuracy, while promoting hotel amenities and local attractions.
Ideal candidates have at least one year in guest services, familiarity with Opera PMS, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
