Loews Chicago Hotel is seeking a Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in, and deliver a warm, seamless arrival experience. You will balance professionalism with genuine hospitality while handling payments and room assignments in a fast-paced lobby environment.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of guest service experience, familiarity with Opera PMS, and the ability to stand for long periods with weekend/evening/holiday flexibility.
