The Cube Chicago is seeking a Bar Supervisor to oversee three bars and deliver a high-class bar operation for our guests. You will lead our bar teams, ensuring excellent service for welcome drinks, cocktails and draught beers during party bookings and breaks in the venue.
You will supervise shifts, rotate staff, manage stock, maintain a clean service area, and deputise for the Bar Manager while working evenings and weekends as required.
