Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Arlo Chicago is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Work closely with suppliers and manage inventory control.
• Help develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs and promotions.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in inventory management and budgeting.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Competitive salary of $60,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
