Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, you will support the daily operation of Arc Bar, Third Star, The Market, and Sixes & Eights, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.

• Support the daily operation of Arc Bar, Third Star, The Market, and Sixes & Eights, ensuring exceptional service and operational consistency.
• Lead, coach, and develop colleagues through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging with guests and resolving service opportunities as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory controls, and cost‑management initiatives.
• Partner with culinary and hotel leadership teams to execute service standards and operational priorities.
• Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and colleague recognition efforts while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

SALARY

Salary range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management required
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must have refined written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be a team player and a dynamic leader
• Ability to work with flexible work schedule is required
• Must have open and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
