Joy District is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations at one of Chicago's premier multi-concept hospitality venues. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing high-volume restaurants, bars, lounges, or nightlife concepts while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence
• Recruit, train, coach, and lead front-of-house staff
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and marketing teams to execute events and promotions
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, liquor, and company standards
• Build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and performance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, lounge, or nightlife venue
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to drive sales while controlling labor and operating costs
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands
