We're looking for a confident, creative, and energetic Executive Meeting Manager to oversee meeting and event planning for three dynamic hotels in Chicago. This is an on-property role
, where you'll build strong client relationships, drive new business, engaged, and partner closely with the hotel teams to deliver exceptiona experiences and achieve revenue goals.
- Proven experience in hotel catering, conference services, or event management
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events across several properties simultaneously
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable meeting experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and hotel teams
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities
- Experience with Delphi or similar sales and catering software preferred
- Hilton brand experience and Chicago market knowledge are a plus, but we're most interested in finding a talented hospitality professional who is passionate about events
- Actively solicit, negotiate, and secure group bookings for meetings, conferences, and social events
- Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and local businesses
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our hotel’s meeting spaces and services
- Coordinate all aspects of meetings and events across three hotels, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Food & Beverage, and Banquets to ensure seamless communication and event delivery
- Conduct pre-convention meetings, prepare banquet event orders (BEOs), and oversee event details from planning through execution
- Build strong relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations
- Be present at the hotels each week, supporting teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring every event reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence

* The anticipated compensation range for the position is $60k- $66k per year. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience in the job and the required industry, education, etc.*
