Hyde Park Hospitality is seeking an Airport Lounge Host for AD Lounge MDW in Chicago, IL. You will greet guests, verify credentials, process sales, and guide guests into the lounge.
You will provide lounge tours, complete guest discrepancy reports, and maintain high hospitality standards in a premier club environment, including weekend shifts.
This role requires strong communication, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 40 pounds, and work rotating weekends.
