The Ritz-Carlton Chicago is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver gracious food and beverage service for meetings, weddings and special events. You will work with the Banquets, Culinary and Event Management teams to ensure every event reflects the hotel's legendary hospitality.
Responsibilities include reading BEOs, setting up and breaking down functions, greeting guests, handling payments, completing sidework, and maintaining high service standards throughout the dining experience.
