Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking a Catering Sales Manager for the Radisson Blu Aqua Chicago Downtown. You will drive catering sales, develop proposals, and manage client relationships to maximize revenue.
The role requires 1–3 years of hotel catering experience, strong negotiation and excellent communication. Local market knowledge and proficiency with MS Office, Delphi or Opera are a plus; CMP is desirable. Competitive salary range $70,000–$85,000 with full benefits.
