Marriott’s Renaissance Chicago hotel is seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to be the first guest contact, delivering a warm, personalized welcome and guiding guests through check-in and arrival. You will read cues from guests to tailor interactions and create a home-away-from-home experience.
You will collaborate with housekeepers, valet, and other hotel teams to anticipate needs, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety and policy compliance while keeping a professional appearance and attitude.
