Swissôtel Chicago is seeking an overnight Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests and support their arrival experience. You will be friendly, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment, helping guests with luggage, directions, and room orientation.
Position is overnight (11 pm–7:30 am). You will be a lobby ambassador, delivering high-touch service, assisting with luggage, doors, and guest inquiries, while upholding safety policies and brand standards.
