Sable Hotel Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front-of-house at Navy Pier. This department-head role reports to the Hotel Manager and owns the budget, labor model, guest experience results, and labor relations for Front Desk, Night Audit, Bell and Door, and Valet.
You will lead through an Assistant Front Office Manager and supervisory team, manage a third-party valet operator, and ensure service aligned with Curio branding.
