Vice President of Operations

The Vice President, Operations will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and scalable growth across Infuse Hospitality operations.

• Proven hospitality operator with multi-unit leadership experience
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Passionate about developing high-performing teams
• Excellent client relationship and growth mindset

• Provide strategic oversight for all operating locations nationwide
• Own operational P&L performance and profitability
• Lead client retention and growth initiatives
• Develop and coach regional and site leadership teams
• Support new business pursuits and transitions
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• 7+ years progressive hospitality leadership experience
• 5+ years leading multi-unit operations
• Strong financial and operational management experience

Approximately 50-75% travel
