Collaborate with Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Food & Beverage Management to plan and develop menus and ensure production meets business levels;
Coach and mentor culinary staff to develop skills and menu execution;
Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, supervising, coaching, and motivation of culinary associates to foster talent and succession planning;
Monitor facilities and equipment in the culinary operation and coordinate with engineering and vendors for improvements;
Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver an exemplary guest experience
