Responsibilities
- Hosting or Co-Hosting while overseeing Service and Quality Control of Food and Beverage.
- Ensure guests leave feeling like they were taken great care of.
- Keep all FOH staff on track by ensuring they have the support they need to have a successful shift.
- Be the liaison between the FOH and BOH in regard to ticket times and product quality control.
- Genuinely Friendly Demeanor.
- Fun personality.
- High level eye for detail.
- Diplomatic approach to communicating with the team and with guests.
- Ability to keep the best interest of the restaurant in mind while managing the team and our guests.
