The F&B Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service of food and beverage items to all guests. The F&B Attendants for the Food Bazaar are also responsible for clearing and re-setting tables.

• Reports to workstation as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work
• Completes all side-work as directed by supervisor
• Keeps workstation and F&B Attendant area neat, clean, and free of safety hazards
• Keeps service stations stocked with needed supplies, glassware, ice, and condiments
• Greets guests in a friendly professional manner
• Educate guests on all gourmet stations and suggest some of your favorites.
• Be mindful of all allergies and notify chefs immediately.
• Check back with guest to ensure they are enjoying their meal, and determine if they have any other needs
• Pre-busses all tables, and takes all used dishes to the dish room
• Clears tables upon guest departure and resets according to standards in a timely manner
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete a GED program within six (6) months from the start date as a condition of continued employment
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
• Ability to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this position
• Willingness and ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
• Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must successfully pass a job interview, including a guest service audition
• Must complete BASSET training
• Must complete Serve Safe Sanitation training
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
• Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position

• Compensation:$15.00–$18.75 per hour, with starting pay based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills.
