At The Metropolitan at The 9, our banquet team brings events to life—from weddings and galas to corporate events and private dinners
. We’re looking for banquet servers who can deliver polished service while helping create seamless, memorable experiences for both guests and hosts.
Experience is great—but not required.
We train the right attitude.
- Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, buffets, and event spaces
- Arrange tables, linens, glassware, and place settings to event standards
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation
- Serve food and beverages in a professional, timely manner
- Provide attentive, friendly service to event guests and hosts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
- Work closely with the culinary and event teams to ensure smooth execution
- Positive attitude and strong guest service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow setup diagrams and instructions
- Willingness to be hands-on with both setup and service
- Professional appearance and communication
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
- Previous banquet, serving, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout shift
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Flexible and adaptable to different event styles and setups
