The Housekeeping Facilities & Projects Manager is responsible for the condition, organization, functionality, and appearance of Housekeeping-controlled areas and departmental assets throughout the hotel. This position oversees public-area and overnight cleaning operations, coordinates preventive maintenance and equipment repairs, manages special cleaning projects, and ensures facility concerns are documented, prioritized, followed through, and verified upon completion.

The manager works closely with Engineering, Security, Purchasing, outside vendors, and hotel leadership to minimize equipment downtime, address recurring facility concerns, and maintain safe and efficient Housekeeping work spaces. The ideal leader is visible in the operation, highly organized, comfortable holding employees accountable, and persistent in following open items through completion.
